PepTrack is the private, all-in-one tracker for peptide and GLP-1 routines. This page covers the most common questions. If you don't find what you need, email us — a real person reads every message.

Getting started

• Today shows your schedule and recent activity at a glance.
• Calculator does reconstitution math on the numbers you enter and shows the result on a true-to-scale syringe.
• Tracker logs injections and rotates sites on a visual body map.
• Progress charts weight and BMI, with optional Apple Health sync.
• Profile holds settings, security, sync, subscriptions, and your data controls.

Subscriptions & billing

PepTrack is free to download with core tracking included. PepTrack Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks the full toolset. Billing is handled entirely by Apple — we never see or store your payment details.

• Manage or cancel: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PepTrack. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
• Restore purchases: in the app, go to Profile → Restore Purchases (use this after a new phone or reinstall).
• Refunds: Apple handles all App Store refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data & privacy

• Your tracking data is stored on your device. No account is required.
• iCloud sync is optional and keeps your data inside your own private iCloud — we never have access to it.
• Apple Health access is optional and controlled in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
• You can delete everything at any time in Profile → Data → Delete All Data, or by deleting the app.

Common fixes

• Face ID / app lock: turn App Lock on or off in Profile → Security. If Face ID fails, your device passcode unlocks the app.
• Reminders not arriving: check iOS Settings → Notifications → PepTrack, and confirm your reminders are set in the app's Reminders screen.
• Apple Health numbers missing: re-check permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → PepTrack.
• Sync not appearing on another device: confirm both devices are signed into the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive enabled, then give it a few minutes.

Devices

PepTrack is built for iPhone (iOS 17 or later) and runs on iPad in compatibility mode. A dedicated iPad layout is on the roadmap.
